Frequently Asked Questions

who may join?
Peervisors is for business leaders with real decision-making authority—owners, partners, entrepreneurs, C-level executives, and senior leaders with significant responsibilities. Titles matter less than your role in driving strategy, leading people, and shaping outcomes.
how to join?
Joining a Peervisors group starts with a one-on-one conversation to explore fit and value—for you and the group. If there’s alignment, you’ll complete a short membership questionnaire so we can place you in the right peer group based on geography, role, and group dynamics.
Who will be in my group?
Group composition varies by sponsor, but members are typically local leaders from non-competing industries. In role-specific or industry-specific groups, participants may come from different geographies or serve distinct market segments. We consider factors like company size, growth stage, experience mix, diversity, and geography to ensure the right fit and dynamic.
is the time commitment substantial?
No. In fact, members often say the time they spend each month in a Peervisors group save them far more time elsewhere. By focusing on the right strategic issues, learning from proven practices, and cutting through noise quickly, the return on time is both immediate and lasting.
how often will my group meet?
Meeting frequency depends on the group format and sponsor. Most local groups follow our standard protocol—meeting ten times per year, typically on the same weekday each month (e.g., the third Tuesday), for up to four hours of meaningful discussion. We typically go dark in July and December due to seasonal schedules.
Same-industry peer groups, often formed through trade or professional associations, meet less frequently—usually twice per year for full-day, in-person sessions. These groups may also hold virtual meetings between in-person gatherings.
Regardless of format, we’re committed to making the best use of your most valuable resource: time.
how do i get a return on my investment?
Peer advisory forums have stood the test of time, with thousands of leaders worldwide investing significantly—often $30,000 or more annually—because the value is real. While no one can guarantee ROI, what we offer is access to fresh ideas, hard-earned insights, and candid feedback from peers who will challenge, support, and sharpen your thinking.
Have you ever made a decision and later thought, “I wish someone had warned me?” That’s where the power of peer perspective becomes invaluable.
what do participants actually talk about?
While every group is different, C-suite conversations often center around six core themes:
  • Leadership Isolation – Many leaders feel alone at the top. Groups offer space to share the pressures and realize they’re not alone.
  • Finance – From cash flow to capital, members exchange insights on managing financial performance and risk.
  • Marketing & Growth – Branding, positioning, and demand generation are frequent topics, especially as leaders look to scale.
  • Talent & Culture – Hiring, retention, team dynamics, and leadership development are constant priorities.
  • Legal & Compliance – Members share how they navigate risk, regulation, and governance issues across jurisdictions.
  • Operations & Efficiency – Whether service or product-based, leaders swap strategies to streamline systems and improve output.
These conversations are grounded in real-world experience—not theory—and often lead to breakthroughs in both thinking and action.
Is sponsorship required?
Participation in a Peervisors group may require sponsorship. If you haven’t been referred by one, we may be able to secure a seat through an existing sponsor—or help you explore whether a company or organization you work with would be interested in launching a group for their key clients, members, or partners.
What type of organizations sponsor groups?
Sponsors include B2B companies, professional, industry, and trade associations, and non-profits — organizations seeking to add value, deepen relationships, and stand out with innovative offerings
What is my investment in a peer advisory group?
Membership in a sponsored Peervisors group is more affordable than most traditional peer forums. Since each sponsor sets their own fee structure, costs may vary. We’ll provide specific details based on your group and sponsor.
